Answer calls rather than try and solve them through email

Just so slow, I want a real person talking me through not to be fobbed off with web-videos or short email responses

    I totally agree with this. The support is terrible. I work once a week for a company that uses KF. If have a question - I have to raise a ticket which usually takes at least 24 hours to answer by which time I have left for the week. By the time I go back the following week KF has closed the ticket and its back to square one if the problem hasn't been solved. My no. 1 reason not to recommend KF.

    Agree with all the comments about support. Transferred over from IRIS Payroll, where support was quick and easy. Kashflow support is ridiculously deficient for this day and age!

    Totally agree with this.  I have been annoyed by this many times over the last 5 years.  AND  the email support usually takes at least 24 hours to get a reply.  What use is that when you have an immediate problem? Which you obviously do because you are looking for support.

    I totally agree it takes a lot of emails to get any where, when really what you need is to talk to a Human and you can get things sorted a lot quicker takes all the stress away

    Their support is diabolical.  We were actually told that telephone support was available before we signed up.  When we found it wasn’t, we cancelled the contract and went back to Payroo.  Their support is not great, but at least you can get it when you need it!
