MUCH BETTER SUPPORT NEEDED Merged

It should be possible to call up and get immediate on the phone support, I am new to Kashlow and was given the impression that on the phone support was available, to be honest I am very disappointed and getting stressed out by the difficulties i encounter using it and having to wait for an email answer which is insufficient.

    I too think this should be the case. I was initially led to believe this
    would be available.

This would save employers frustration and time. It is no good ignoring help requests particularly when dealing with AE which has large fines if not completed on time. It is also no good constantly referring employers to you help pages if the do no...

There is absolutely no support, no contact number, software is not fully developed, it is a waste of time for a busy work place.
