New IRIS account codes are not configured in KFPayroll so integration does not work
In Sep16 KF release, IRIS account codes became the new default nominal codes. However, KashFlowPayroll hasn’t been updated to reflect these KashFlow changes.
If I manually update the account codes in the KashFlow integration page to match the IRIS account codes they are rejected. An example error is:
Oops! Arithmetic overflow error for data type smallint, value = 76701. The data for table-valued parameter "@NominalCodes" doesn't conform to the table type of the parameter. The statement has been terminated. (500)
The consequence of this is that I am having to manually post salary, NI and tax journals in to KashFlow for new clients which you can appreciate I am unhappy about.
Kashflow Payroll support advise to rise a canvas ticket so the technical team can sort this. They advise " the error is showing due to different set of codes added then the system is currently configured to function with". Pls refer to ticket #221700
