There is absolutely no support, no contact number, software is not fully developed, it is a waste of time for a busy work place.
No software is fully developed. The support team are very fast on email, and often it is far more efficient to put things down in writing than trying to describe them over the phone.
If your workplace is that busy you might be better suited to paying a company to do your paperwork so you have more time.
