Employees have a legal entitlement to an itemised wage slip showing hours worked and rate of pay, Kashflow payslips do not show the rate of pay. Can this be addressed please?

At present KashFlow Payroll shows, where hours have been entered, the number of hours for that pay item on the payslip. That is the extent of the legal obligation with respect to the legislation that came into force in April 2019.
The ability to show rate of pay on payslips is something we are keen to do in future, particularly as some employees may receive differing rates of pay and would prefer to see that on payslips. It is on our list of enhancements and we will update you when this is released. In the meantime I would recommend adding your vote to an existing idea which covers this as the more responses we have for ideas the more likely we will prioritise them higher in our releases.
