Very few companies use the HMRC tax periods (the 6th to the 5th of each month) as their pay periods. Most use actual months 1st to the last day of the month.
This creates a problem with Pention output files as legally you have to register the employee with the pay period coresponding to their employment contract. With Kashflow using tax periods means all the pention output files generated by Kashflow is incorrect and has to be amended mannnual before it can be submitted.
As a minimum requirement Kashflow should be able to generate legally correct output files for staturory submissions.
