I have checked this for you and I can see the Job retention scheme message was issued out on the 16th Oct to our customers and the last maintenance message issued was on the 26th May for a Hotfix being carried out for essential work on the 27th of May. You will see these messages when you next log in to your account even if it is retrospective of the dates. If you keep seeing these same messages or earlier ones it will be because you need to tick the box to acknowledge you have read it and don't need to be shown it again otherwise this will continue to show when you log in until you do so.
I hope this helps to resolve your query and clear the old messages you are seeing.
The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS) or Furlough Scheme ends on the 31st October 2020. The scheme will be replaced by the Job Support Scheme and the Job Support Scheme Expansion.

Why would I want to stop seeing your out of date and irrelevant messages.. Last week you had a message showing your system would be down for repair last month. So yes you are correct you do post messages, they are just out of date.

Hi Patrick,
Can you let me know what message you are getting that you feel is out of date as we don't currently have a maintenance message active?
Can I also check that you tick the box to stop showing the message once you have read them as if not they can keep showing when you log in until you do.
Regards

This is not entirely true. There have been many times I have gone to use Kashflow and it is showing the big red under maintenance box.
Then when you try and contact your support department you dont get a reply.
The current message on your payroll page is out of date.
I paid 300 for Kashflow last month making it more expensive than Xero or Sage.

We do send out notifications which will show when you log into KashFlow Payroll which notify of any dates/times that work is scheduled to be carried out.
