24 hours notice before taking the system down for maintenance for two hours is unacceptable. it is now 9pm and over an hour past the scheduled finnishing time, and I am still awaiting access to complete my payroll which is normally completed at 6-30pm.

We are currently in the process of implementing changes to enable us to provide more than 24 hours notice for any maintenance work being carried out.
