I would like to provide some feedback on the system.
It seems crazy to me that if I identify an issue that goes back to April I would have to effectively restore all periods back to that point and lose all of the data entered.
This means to then catch up to say run December payroll I have to effectively run 8 payrolls again.
Clearly from a system and development point this is a major issue and I would say a major drawback of the system.
There must be a way of either saving the pre-entered information for each payroll and then highlighting this back to the user each time they rerun a payroll month, or at the very least have the option to only restore and rerun the appropriate employees to save having to do everyone again.
This really does need feeding back to the development team as an urgent development need.
