Is there a way you could insert a check box inside each purchase order so that when I have been through and checked I have entered vat correctly, I can tick it to say I'm happy and then say a green tick appears in the list in purchases? I have sort of go a system I am starting now that when I am happy I've got the details of a purchase correct I upload a relevant file so I get a paper click next to it in the list, this is a little clunky and when I delete the file the paper clip doesn't seem to disappear, Cheers Phil
