A drop down or tick box to mark purchases as 'Pending Approval' or 'Payment Approved'

We'd like to use less paper. The team works on many off site projects between them and I need project managers to approve purchases for payment under their project headings or I need them to allocate them to projects when this has been forgotten!

So! I propse a drop down on purchases that will allow me to mark them as 'Pending Approval' and 'Approved for Payment' if that approval can be set against a team members name - all the better.

To work best, these selections would have to show up in the purchases list...

    Hi Natasha, Thanks for your suggestion. This is something that we have been looking at with regards to the development of multi user permissions, allowing users to approve purchases for payments etc. At the moment, this is not something that we have on the roadmap but its certainly a great idea. If this becomes one of our top requested features we can certainly look into it earlier than planned.
