I run a gardening business and have several hundred customers. I visit each customer 4 times regularly throughout the season. For example all of my customers get a spring visit and are invoiced as such. To make it easy to group these invoices I use the same reference for each regular visit period, ie for the spring visits all of the invoices use the reference '2018 spring feed'. As it stands I have to type each reference for each invoice individually (thats a lot of typing!). It would be great if Kashflow could remember previous references which it could drop down as you start typing.
