We run our membership directory business using the recurring invoices feature so that an invoice for the membership renewals are automatically created every year.
However, when the invoice is created by the system it removes this and leaves the field blank, we have to edit each one and manually add the ref text again.
If this feature could be added in future that would be great.
With 1000+ invoices being auto generated each year there is definitely some time to be saved at our end.
