If I need to add notes to a client record that are important and need 'flagging' up next time I enter the record - there is no way to do this. It would be helpful to add notes that pop up when you next enter the record of a customer or supplier - for example, if I want to place a customer on credit stop etc or if a Supplier is moving premises ona future date etc. Pop up notes would serve as a great reminder on the status of a record.
