Allow creating/managing custom Journal categories
I regularly need to process expense claims, e.g. for company purchases made by employees that require reimbursement, travel expense claims, etc.
This involves posting journals involving expense accounts and separate employee debtor/creditor control accounts (since I can't post to the system-default Debtor/Creditor control accounts) that will be balanced via wages journals.
For diligence and control I would want to keep expenses and travel journals (and perhaps others) in their own category.
