We need more flexibility to drill down into data easily and quickly from within the application. My accountant needs more flexibility in reporting within the nominal ledger but this isn’t possible. Whilst it’s possible to add an extra field to customer accounts it’s not possible to create a report based on this. I have a customer with numerous sub accounts. I currently have to go through these one by one to collect financial data as I can only see payments based on the main account. Without this functionality we are going to have to change software which is a shame.
