The ability to view notes of an invoice/Qoutes/Customer in the reporting section

When looking at any of the reports that are related to the customer invoices, I think it would be useful to have the ability to be able to see notes relating to a specific invoice as to why there were potentially any issues with that invoice, that can be seen at a glance rather than having to go into every single account to look for notes.

    Hi Steven, The reason we havent added additional columns into our reports is that they already contain a large amount of information and adding additional columns is not feasible at this time. Unfortunately for more in depth reporting you would require a CRM system that will enable you to track customer issues for example. we cannot hold any information on notes etc anywhere other than the customer record.
