My new customers often ask for bank details when presented with a statement, even though the details are on every invoice. I would like to be able to amend the statement format like I can amend the invoice format. Also useful to add 'please advise if you would like longer to pay' etc
You cannot change the actual statement template as such but you can set a default email template for all statements if you wish. On this, you could include any message plus access to bank details?
Admin, this is a problem for me as well. We CANNOT use YOUR Invoices, Statements, Receipts etc at this time because we have TEXT that must be on them by Law.....
Why anyone chose HTML to create documents is beyond me, you need specialist training in HTML and most small businesses will not have this skill or the finances to pay for a contractor to do the work.
Why are we not able to UPLOAD our own designs in word, or PDF?
