The current format is very paper consuming. You either need to allow customer to make their own template or you need to review the current format and make it more streamlined. Attached are your format and an example of the same account in a proposed revised consolidate format.. Plus a second revised format, showing partial payments. Showing payments clearly in the description line as such, as currently the description is the same as the invocie. It makes for difficult reading.
