Kashflow I believe could enhance their service by offering two platforms of the product.

The first as is now, is great for 'Sales' orientated business's, but not that user friendly for 'SERVICE' Industries and Business's as they have different needs and requirements.

I think a design modification to the current system for Service Providors, that often rely on Day Rates/Hourly Rates, Annual Contract Rates, etc., with Multiple Contact or Site Address's could attract more Sole Traders and SME's to KashFlow as they will be able to select a different 'platform' for this type of business.
