We are conducting a thorough review of all of our add-ons at the moment in order to provide additional functionality for our customers without having to delay the process further with time consuming development.
Our sales order processing integrations are available on our website and we hope to add a few more over the coming months to enable this functionality.

This idea is completely unrealistic. You're practically asking for Kashflow to build you a CRM system. This would put up the cost to the average user enormously as there's no way this could be just tacked on.
This would be a big time saver, as we have many cheap items in our inventory, and adding them manually to create an invoice every time, takes a long time.
Very much needed. It would save us so much time, and asa bonus it would lengthen the lifespan of our CTRL+C and CTRL+V buttons. :)
This would save a lot of time. As a business person, send lost invoices and statements, queries etc costs me time and money. I need this feature urgent

Good idea. It would be good if you could put various emails. So when the order is placed, I can receive a copy in the office and 1 copy my warehouse staff which are in the other separate building
