I think that kashflow should intergrate with a text messaging service. This would be ideal for letting customers to know that their invoices are overdue, to let them know of special offers, or to remember to place an order because you are going away or closed for the holidays.
We have met with a couple of the text messaging providers that you have suggested and had some very positive discussions regarding integration.
We will be looking at adding this functionality in the future and will update our users via Canvass

This is already possible using several text message systems although outside of the Kashflow menu.
