Kashflow/ Paypal integration

When I read that Kashflow could be integrated with Paypal for invoice purposes I was delighted as I spend ages every month manually raising invoices before orders can be sent out.

I linked the two together but then realised that Kashflow is only pulling the first line of the order across. I have contacted Paypal and that say it's a Kashflow issue.

Surely I cant be the ony one who wants the system to populate the invoice with ALL the items on the order?

Unfortunately, this issue has been around for years. Kashflow seem unwilling to spend anything on revamping the PayPal import - they claim they can only add the information provided by PayPal - but we all know the PayPal API provides the full data for every invoice, not just the first item line and then the total for the invoice.

Issues with paypal import (all previously reported to Kashflow over the past 2 years I have been using the system):

    a) Does not allow you to use existing customer address data - so uses teh data from paypal which is sometimes incomplete and badly formatted
    b) If you have two payments from the same customer in the same PayPal import and they are a new customer, the new customer is created twice!
    c) If you are VAT registered, the VAT rate for the items imported from PayPal defaults to 0%, so you still need to edit every line to enter the correct VAT rate
    d) If it is a B2B sale to an EU VAT registered customer - even if you have selected "add VAT number as first line of a new invoice" this is NOT added to paypal imports for that customer

Those are the ones off the top of my head
