PayPal Importer - Individual Line Items & Quantities

As you're aware, when transactions are imported from PayPal to KashFlow, they all show up as one item on transaction or Multiple items as one item. Would there be any fixes for this so the quantity ordered tallies with the quantity imported into Kf?

    Admin response

We are currently re-structuring out entire app selection and will be working very closely with paypal to improve our integration with them over the coming months. Watch this space!

Still no movement on this - come on Kashflow - PayPal APIs are much better than you would have us believe.  I even get some instances where the address is not imported (a country is if I am lucky) - even though I know PayPal have provided this!

This is a very manual process having to amend every order each day after imported to ensure our stock is correct on KF.

Still no update on this.  In fact I was talking with one of the support guys, and they said "We cannot say what API we are using to communicate with PayPal.  We can only display the information PayPal provide"

Basically it looks as though Kashflow will not spend any time on improving the very basic PayPal import routines!

DISAPPOINTING - especially for businesses where paypal is their main means of generating orders

It would also be useful to assign VAT to each PayPal transaction as appropriate rather than having a Global rate or relying on VAT info imported from PayPal which is rarely correct.

Paypals API integration is already complete. Kashflow just need to tie up their end

Any further movement on this. Real pain, coming across with qty 1!

Having to treble check every single order!

    thanks.
