Would be great if we could use the kashflow system to contact customers. Our example would be we have to remind customers annually to carry out a service and this facility within kashflow would be amazing as all the information for the customers are there. A simple email template that pulls out the information we need to send and then the email chain can be tracked. This could also be used for marketing to clients or even important messages on opening times etc
