Have a client who has had Kashflow for a number of years, didn't do any year end routines, somehow got the customer list of balances out of sink with the nominal control account, we have now done a year end routine and it appears the nominal control account can not be corrected to agree with the customers list which is the correct figure.
Surely Kashflow should have the accountants only to have a way to correct, I know everyone is asking how did it happen, I don't know, have looked at back tracking to find the error, no joy.
Any ideas.
