Would it be possible to have an option to issue a Pro Forma Purchase Order to a supplier, this could work like Quotes in Sales. We would need to keep the same Kashflow order number for purchases that would be part completed as a project progresses.

Hi, we do already have functionality in KashFlow to rename quotes as Proforma invoices - it can be done through the Quote Settings page. However, that would change all quotes to be Proforma invoices as we do not have the ability to have both at the moment.
