It would be helpful if deleted items are shown as reversed from reports such as the VAT return, it's ridiculous that you would suggest raising a false credit note to remove incorrect transactions when there is a delete button, all other systems reverse deleted items, i'm 100% this used to be the case in Kashflow but i have been informed by support if it's deleted its just removed from reports! I now have an issue on a VAT report where it is claiming back VAT twice on same purchases, and the solution suggested will not work so this needs to be sorted ASAP!

This is very important and needs to be updated. At least in the meantime, a message should pop up prompting you to credit rather than deleting it, if this transaction has been included on a previous VAT return.
