The VAT detail report no longer shows the net amounts next to the VAT amounts for boxes 1 & 4... after downloading the detail to review the calc & ensure kashflow is correct - which it isn't always I would like to point out... - I can't even match up the number of lines in boxes 1 & 4 to those in boxes 6 & 7... this means I can't even easily re-organise the data.
The old VAT report for kashflow worked great - why was it changed to make it 10x more difficult to review & see if the VAT is correct. Sometimes, not everything needs to be changed... this is definitely one for the worse and I am currently awaiting response from support on this issue - the first response I had merely guided me to here and offered absolutely no solution despite the fact that kashflow should be able to easily map the report considering it's their old report style that I want to see.
I have a VAT return due soon and just can't believe this change to the report seemed like a good idea or that my response from kashflow to this issue was to put it in the suggestion box.
This issue is still very much wanted, the current VAT reports are useless, just about every other loud software provider shows the vat amount and net amount as side by side columns so you can actually review the VAT Return properly

Just had a 129 page detail report, counting up there are only 11 entries per page! this is unnecessary, unhelpful and wasteful - especially when the report is worthless as the net and VAT are not together to give the report any meaning!

Agree, the new reports are worthless, I now have a 100 page report that tells me nothing (previous quarter was 13 pages and very useful). AT the least we need net and VAT side by side.

completely agree, the system as been made by a programmer not advised from a company owner submitting the return.
