A date to the items on Canvass
I've been looking through Canvass, no dates of post or acknowledgements, so no idea how old any of the suggestions are, and whether any have been worked on, are currently being worked on or now resolved! What's the point having this system if you dont tell us what you are working on right now? And surely you should have them grouped... all email related questions together, all invoice ones etc. This makes me unsure whether to stay a customer....

Great news - we have updated our KashFlow Canvass site to include grouping. We're currently working through the backlog from the old system and manually grouping them, as well as marking their status.
