We all know bugs exist, but posting them as 'an idea' on canvass, then waiting a month for them to even get looked at is appalling customer service.
If I report them through the Help system, I get passed through various people each wanting access to my account to see this in action, and then after several times re-enabling support access, they tell me to report it on Canvass because they realise it is NOT an acvcount specific issue, but a bug affecting the operation of Kashflow.
