I use a Journal to log our reps mileage allowance, and fuel scale allowance. However the VAT portion of this does not go through to the VAT return and I have to add it manually.

Annoyingly this is the only adjustment I have to make manually but it takes me quite a while each quarter to adjust the VAT return figures before I submit to HMRC.

I would love to just be able to send it directly from Kashflow. Unfortunately I cannot use this feature, and Kashflow thinks I have never filed a VAT return.

I also as a consequence have to keep going into Advanced Settings to change the quarter date, so it doesn't add all the previous quarters figures!!
