Thanks for getting in touch. KashFlow itself is a bookkeeping system and as such we won't be adding any additional CRM functionality at this time. We integrate with CRM systems because they specialise in this area, just as they partner with ourselves for specialist bookkeeping functionality.

Agreed. It would be great to set up auto prompt e-mails to clients who have quotations that have have had an 'open' status for a period of time, and to be able to to set tasks and open cases against client.
