I have recently spoken with Kashflow support and accounts production support. They have informed me that we are unable to limit the access to ‘Kashflow Connect’ through the IRIS suite menu. We changed the password which disconnected it, but then we could not import TB directly fed from Kashflow, so we had to reconnect it again to be able to use this function.
This means that all of our staff have access to the Kashflow Connect, where you are able to make new accounts/ use up credits/ detach clients/ unlock transaction locking etc.
It seems strange that IRIS has a lot of access restrictions, but Kashflow does not. We are very keen to restrict staff from being able to access such sensitive information.
