Please add a function whereby more than one manager can be assigned to a specific client.
I work for a firm of accountants I have been tasked with overseeing the whole Kashflow system for the practice. As part of this I will be dealing with issues & queries raised not only by he client themselves but also by other member of our staff.
Therefore I will need access to that client as well as the other person assigned as manager to be able to see and solve the problem.
Unfortunately I am not set up as the master / admin account holder this is one of the partners of our practice but they will obviously not be dealing with the day to day work on Kashflow and do not necessarily want me knowing their password.
Therefore this functionality is quite important to us as a firm and I am sure would be of assistance to many other accountancy firms too.
This would be a very useful addition to product, we sometimes have more than one person trying to access information.
Kashflow is there any update on this?
In many firms multiple staff work on multiple clients, either always or to cover sickness and holidays. Need a way to allow all staff to view all clients, or various combinations. Otherwise people have to share logins which is not good.
I'm having difficulty too with this as I would like to assign the CIS clients to the Payroll Manager and the VAT clients to the VAT manager.
