KashFlow behaviour at the moment is that any files attached to a quote are removed once it is converted to an invoice. I think it would make more sense were there an option for attachments to carry over and remain attached to the resulting invoice.
Reasoning is that supporting documents - orders/invoices/expenses etc - more often than not remain as valid alongside the invoice as they did alongside the corresponding quote; that they disappear seems strange and requires a workaround of manually downloading all attachments, then converting the quote to the invoice, before manually reattaching them. An flag along the lines of "keep attachments when converting quote to invoice" would, therefore, feel like a sensible (and timesaving) option.
