Would be really helpful to run a report showing all customer sales for current and past 2 years so can see trends up/down.  Current activity reporting and the income per customer reporting does not easily provide this information.  The reports have to be re-run 3 times to get this information and requires lotsof cutting/pasting to get the info wanted.
