As an accountancy practice we create KashFlow accounts for our customers via KashFlow connect, and as such have Master Admin rights.
The issue is that we become the only user with admin rights able to add additional users rather than the client. This is because there is only 1 Master admin per account, and only the Master Admin is permitted to add additional users. None of the other options confer rights to create new users.
When the uptake of Kashflow by our clients really takes off , I am not looking forward to being a system admin adding New starters, removing leavers and changing access right.
To be fair I haven't tried deleting the master admin user to try to assign it to someone else, but should it not work I don't want to create a problem with a live client clients Kashflow.. Call me a coward if you wish .... I call it prudent!
