I have been told by your software support that the CSV import mapping file is only saved on the server that I happened to be logged into at the time and that you have 6 servers. So it is pot luck if I am logged into the same server next time I log in. If I am logged into a different server then the saved mapping file won't be available.
I think this is a massive oversight and needs to be correct ASAP.
