When a P&L report produces "Unassigned" items and you click through to the report, you get a list of all items, not just the unassigned ones. You used to get a column in the report showing the product code as well which then makes it easy to identify the unassigned ones in the list and manually correct them – but that has disappeared from the report and makes for an untidy P&L
I agree. I've been trying to tidy our P&L and it's very laborious and time consuming clicking on every entry to see which item you have missed the product code on. When I used to use Sage the system didn't let you post anything unless you had a product code
