invoice display

You've changed the viewing of customer so that you now have to search through potentially hundreds of transactions by date rather than just selecting from an entire list of invoices ever sent. Therefore making my job at least 3x harder and more time consuming. Thoroughly disappointed with the new update.

Already exists? The only way I've found to get a list of past invoices is to go to a customer's record, then slick on Statement. Select the dates, and it does eventually give a list of past invoices.

What do you mean already exists? You still have to have to do a custom
date selection in order to view all transactions. Sage has a Lifetime
option in the drop down menu. Please explain...

Myself & all my clients think the same, it is a massive step backwards, but most importantly the book-keeping takes three times longer in this area. Iris need to go back & look at how the Classic Kashflow worked, it was so much easier to use, yes I admit there were some things that Iris improved upon but there is also a great deal of making things far too complicated & time consuming.

Totally agree, no idea what the logic to this is. No help or optimism from Support.
