'How to' guides
I would like to see the KashFlow team make a series of short PDF or HTML “booklets” about how to do particular tasks in the program, e.g "How to obtain a VAT report" or "How to set up and configure your own sales codes" so the figures the program generates in reports are correct first time round.
I find step-by-step guides and manuals helpful personally and think they would also reduce the amount of questions users send to the Support team as well. They would be a way of learning how to use the program systematically and would go much further than just explaining a single feature.
Anyone agree?
