Currently we have to add the customer in Kashflow before we can send them a request to set-up a Direct Debit via Go Cardless.
It would be much much better if we could just send them the link to set-up a Direct Debit within the Kashflow app and then later apply it from a drop down list to the customer at a later date.
This is very easy to do, and something we did ourselves at Charity Checkout some time ago. It took a couple hours of development time, we'd be happy to advise.
This is useful because we don't know if the customer is actually going to join our service until they fill out the Direct Debit, so adding every prospect and having to send them a quote via Kashflow is too cumbersome. We embed the Direct Debit set-up links in our emails signatures, but these are not connected with Kashflow sadly.
