Traffic light system for customers and their payment behaviour
Green for customers that regularly pay on time. Amber for occasional late payers. Red for prolific late payers. This would help a lot with identifying customers who we need to chase for payment or move to proforma.

Secure Payroll Account data with multi factor authentication at login
Recommend security of account access should be increased using multi factor authentication (MFA), as per other Iris products. Also, MFA is a requirement for cloud services for companies applying for Cyber Essentials certification.

Deselect Online payment element for printed invoices
I use Irispay as a default for emailing invoice templates, however occasionally have to print invoices, so the Online payment 'Button' is redundant and confusing. It would be useful to be able to deselect this entirely on those instances

I was recently asked by a pension provider to provide copy payslips for 3 employees in order to cross=check the contributions deducted from their payroll and found the process laborious.
