payments from Iris Pay should not take 3-5 days to get to me. I can accept payments over my website, which are handled by PayPal and I can get those in my account the same day

3-5 days is the standard timeframe for Card payments given there are multiple financial institutions involved. Part of this process involves check for fraud and other areas of risk.
What can I do to maximise being paid early?
Request a payment early in the week rather than late to avoid a delay over the weekend

IRIS pay has one issue , that's when you take payment for an invoice Via IRIS pay , its a complex method to clear the invoice in bank feed , matching an invoice to payment received through your bank . , why not IRIS pay pays the whole amount , then at the end of the month send us and invoice for all the transactions , like all other merchant providers
