Changing wording on Reminder E-mails

Improvement of Customer relations: Change the wording on the E-mail of the Reminder Letters : "It's time to pay" is far too aggressive (shades of a gangster threat). Needs to be much more polite.

If you have an outage, like we're experiencing now, you could inform your customers that there is an issue and approximate fix time. This would keep your customers happier and stop your support team being as swamped with the same requests.

Archiving old data

Archiving data at year end would mean that we can retain data, even if the business were to cease trading but still have access to the information if needed

Have the ability to refund customers directly from Iris Pay when they have used that method to pay originally

There is no option in Iris Pay to actually refund customers only to RECORD the refund. If customers are using this portal to pay invoices vis credit/debit cards, there should be the option to be able to refund via the same means.

Reduce font on new design

Even on my main pc, a lot of the new design is unusable as the font size is so large - for example, the drop down menus may show 2 or 3 options before dropping off the bottom of the screen. Typing a selection from the drop-down also does not work ...
