Change the wording on the E-mail of the Reminder Letters
: "It's time to pay" is far too aggressive (shades of a gangster threat).
Needs to be much more polite.

I completely agree. I’ve been using KF for eighteen years and this horrible inappropriate wording is going to drive me to another provider. I suggest the lack of votes is because people haven’t found this forum - I only just have. I know other customers (who I originally recommended KF to) have complained about it to customer services and got very inflexible replies.

I cant see a way to change this template. I want to delete "It's time to pay"
I completely agree. This wording is far too aggressive. We have to overtype it every time.
