Individual Customer Price Lists

When producing invoices it would be helpful to have automatic special prices for individual customers. We create around 60 invoices per day on a live basis each having different prices. It would be quicker if they were set up on the system already.

Add COUNTRY to the Purchase Invoices PDF

Weirdly the PDF version of a purchase invoice does not include the COUNTRY. There is no reason for this, and support are not helpful just saying "I am afraid that at the moment this feature is not something that we are able to offer." Erm - surely...
