When you send an automated Email with a support ticket then it would be a great idea if you followed that up with an answer. I've been waiting two working days now despite a reminder after a day and a half.
It would be beneficial to me as well as everybody that sends an email request if you actually responded to it and at least acknowledged it! Would be amazing if you actually actioned it!!
You already have "Invoice Filename Format" How about "Quote Filename Format"?
In the Advanced Settings Area, you already have the option to set an Invoicing Filename Format which is great as it saves you from having to type the same thing over and over again. How about a Quote Filename Format too?
