Our customer's payments are due on the invoice date. However we need to be able to send out the invoice beforehand.
Kashflow uses the created date as the invoice date. But we would like the created date to be just the date the email/invoice is generated.

Most companies have specific days for their payment runs.
Our CRM allows us to create invoices before their due dates.

You can use the quote function to allow the customer to see the costs involved. When ready, you can convert to an invoice ready for payment. An invoice is a legal document, therefore should be dated accordingly.
